

Have u always dreamed about having washboard abs okay not washboard abs but a flat stomach for an atleast and a strong core so today I will give u 8 ab exercises dat will help u achieve wat u have always desired that to at ur own homes now, not needing any equipment but ur body as one and sweating out the extra fat. So starting with the first workout that is:
1-knee crunches.
So starting with the first exercise this is knee crunches first u need to lie down on the floor and raise ur legs towards ur stomach in 90° pulling it inside this particular exercise work the lower abs.
Note- 20 reps.
2- Cross crunches.
So cross crunches are another workout for which u need to lie down on your back and putting ur left leg over ur right knee keeping it upright as possible and den keeping ur right palm on ur head trying to pull it towards ur knee and den vice versa. It might be tricky in the beginning but once u get used to ur obliques r going to sharp in no time.
Note- 20 reps on one side each.
3-leg raises.
For this workout also u need to lie down on your back and raise ur legs in 90° straight and den put it back on the ground straight and den raise it this workout ur lower abs and also ur love handles.
Note- 20 reps .
4- Cycling crunches.
This is a tricky one but will workout evrythng all ur abs obliques . First lying down on ur back put ur hands on ur head and move ur legs the way u cycle but not only moving ur legs but also trying to touch ur elbow to the opposite leg.
Note- 20 reps, not trying to pull ur head hard which will lead to a sore neck muscle.
5- Flutter kicks.
Flutter kicks make ur abs kick this workout only makes ur abs cry from lower abs to the upper abs. For this workout u need to lie down on ur back and raising ur leg in the air moving it up keeping ur legs straight and not bending ur knees is the key to this exercise.
Note- 20 reps.
6- Heel touches.
This exercise makes the fat stored in ur love handles burn and melt giving ur lower body the much needed shape . For this workout u need to lie down on your back and raise ur self half way spreading ur legs enough day it gets difficult to touch the heels but also making ur upper abs burn in the process .
Note- 20 reps.
7- 60 second plank.
The 60 second plank is a great exercise to work the whole core muscles which includes the abs as well as the lower back for this workout u need to lay on ur elbow and raise ur stomach and balancing it on ur toes the key in this exercise is to maintain ur tummy up and ur butt to in a straight line keeping the back as well straight.
Note- 60 second.
8- Superman
This exercise is to relax all the muscles in your abs and your back that have been worked in the above exercise . This exercise is also a good stretch for the muscles to do this workout u need to lie down on the

stomach and raise your hands and feet together which will lead to a good abs stretch.
Note- 20 reps.
Additionally note :- If u feel displeasure or get cramps while doing any of the given exercises stop at the very moment and don't do it .
